I am Hamza, and welcome to my online abode. I live in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with my wife and two young children – but we are originally from England. I work for a telecommunications company in Saudi.
Life’s good here; family is king, petrol is cheap, Makkah is close. There’s not a lot to get het up about, which is probably why I haven’t blogged much since I’ve been here. But I’m going to start putting a bit more effort into it. You can also follow me on Twitter, which is updated slightly more regularly.
Oh, and “bayt” is “house” in Arabic. In case you were wondering.

Well I am the first to reply to your comments my dear! I am a little upset that you did not comment on your absolute devotion to your wife and how you would move mountains for her and you love every moment with her! sniff sniff, i think you can sleep on the sofa tonight.
